La Red Card, la nostra ineguagliabile "tessera fedeltà", è GRATUITA.
Vista la gratuità dei servizi che trovate elencati poco sotto e per offrire a tutti un servizio sempre migliore, è necessario rispettare un Regolamento.
La violazione di uno dei seguenti punti comporta il blocco della Red Card per 12 mesi:
- la Red Card potrà essere rilasciata ai minori di 18 anni, previa autorizzazione dei genitori;
- la Red Card è nominativa e non cedibile a terzi (è gratuita, la puoi fare anche te!);
- la casella personale DEVE essere svuotata entro e non oltre l’ultimo giorno del mese, al termine del quale gli articoli verranno messi in vendita al pubblico.
Eventuali ritardi (dovuti a distanza geografica o impossibilità fisica a passare in negozio) nel ritiro devono essere comunicati e concordati per tempo, telefonicamente, tramite mail o messaggio privato sulla nostra pagina Facebook. Per giacenze prolungate, lo staff del Comix Café si riserva comunque il diritto di cedere gli articoli a prezzo di listino. - gli articoli preordinati (esclusi fumetti e libri), dovranno essere ritirati entro 7 giorni dalla data di arrivo in negozio;
La Red Card da' diritto a:
- Fino al 5% di sconto su fumetti, libri e articoli sigillati (eccetto: volumi già in promozione, novità Sergio Bonelli Editore "esclusive edicola", Topolino settimanale);
- Casella personale con servizio abbonamenti, richiesta di arretrati e prenotazioni: i fumetti ordinati vengono TENUTI DA PARTE nelle nostre esclusive caselle!
- Newsletter con eventi, coupon per offerte dedicate, promozioni;
- Biglietto ridotto al The Space Cinema Grosseto, per tutti gli eventi EXTRA!
- Listino dedicato per la Colazione Americana con Classic Menù a 6,90€ e XXL Menù a 8,90;
- Riviste di settore mensili in regalo: Anteprima, Mega, Terminal Magazine e Direct (fino a esaurimento scorte);
- agognato appellativo di RedCardato!

The Red Card, our unrivaled "loyalty card", is FREE.
Given the free services listed below and to offer everyone an ever better service, it is necessary to comply with a Regulation.
Violation of one of the following points will result in the Red Card being blocked for 12 months:
- the Red Card can be issued to minors under the age of 18, subject to parental authorization;
- the Red Card is nominative and not transferable to third parties (it's free, they can have it as well!);
- the personal mailbox MUST be emptied no later than the last day of the month, at the end of which the items will be put on sale to the public.
- Any delays (due to geographical distance or physical inability to go to the store) in the collection must be communicated and agreed in time, by telephone, by email or private message on our Facebook page. For prolonged stocks, the Comix Café staff still reserves the right to sell the items at list price.
- pre-ordered items (excluding comics and books) must be collected within 7 days from the date of arrival at the store;
The Red Card entitles you to:
- Up to 5% discount on comics, books and sealed articles (except: volumes already in promotion, Sergio Bonelli Editore news "exclusive newsstands", weekly Topolino);
- Personal box with subscription service, backlog request and reservations: ordered comics are SAFELY HOSTED in our exclusive boxes!
- Newsletter with events, coupons for dedicated offers, promotions;
- Reduced tickets for The Space Cinema Grosseto, for all EXTRA events!
- Dedicated price list for our American Breakfast events with Classic Menu at € 6.90 and XXL Menu at 8.90;
- Free monthly sector magazines: Preview, Mega, Terminal Magazine and Direct (while stocks last);
- coveted title of RedCardato!
